For more than a decade, Steenhof has been a recognized leader in modular and off-site construction, working with over 30 modular manufacturers across Canada, the United States, China, and South Korea. The firm supports the design, engineering, certification, and deployment of modular housing, workforce accommodations, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, and industrial structures.
Steenhof provides expertise in CSA A277 certification, engineering design, quality assurance, factory audits, code compliance, project management, and owner's representative services. The firm also provides full planning and coordination services for relocating modular work camps between sites, including feasibility review, logistics, infrastructure coordination, code compliance, and project execution support. The firm is particularly active in Indigenous infrastructure, northern housing, healthcare, workforce accommodations, mining camps, and remote community development projects.
