STEENHOF BUILDING SERVICES GROUP (SBSG) is an architectural and engineering firm, located in Orillia, ON, providing services not only to clients throughout Ontario, but also across Canada, the United States, China and South Korea. SBSG currently employs approximately forty (40) professionals, with expertise in a range of fields, including Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Technology, Civil Design, Modular Design/Structures, Interior Design, Project Management and Construction Cost Consulting. At this time, SBSG has six (6) fully licensed Professional Structural Engineers (Ontario), one (1) licensed Professional Electrical Engineer, one (1) licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer, one (1) certified Professional Quantity Surveyor, a group of E.I.T’s, Architectural Technologists, and a strong production and administration team.For nearly a decade, Steenhof Building Services Group (SBSG) has been highly involved in the modular industry. SBSG has worked with over 30 modular companies throughout Canada, USA, China and South Korea. SBSG assists these clients with obtaining CSA/INTERTEK/CWB certifications. We have completed engineering for residential projects (single & multifamily), mining/work camps, industrial fabrications, and all types of modular buildings and structures. Our offices pride ourselves on being able to provide consulting services to our clients for modular engineering, CSA/INTERTEK coordination, as well as ongoing support throughout the certification process. We also maintain customer support through on-going plan reviews and building code assistance. SBSG believes in designing unique value-engineered solutions, while maintaining standards of the applicable buildings codes and standards
