Founded in 2014, AluHouse Group is one of the largest modular building manufactuer in the world, specializing in R&D, design, off-site manufacturing, and installation of modular systems.

Headquartered in Hong Kong, AluHouse operates two world-class manufacturing facilities-powered by digital and smart manufacturing:

-Guangdong, China – 70M sq. ft (650 hectares) | 48,000 modules/year

-Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 16M sq. ft (150 hectares) | 30,000 modules/year (coming soon)

AluHouse offers concrete, steel, and aluminum modular solutions — from low-rise temporary to high-rise permanent buildings up to 40 stories.Our products serve affordable housing, multi-family housing, single-family homes, apartments, schools, hospitals, offices, hospitality, and municipal projects across North America, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Europe, and beyond.

We operate a vertically integrated supply chain, including robotic steel welding,concrete batching, testing labs, mold centers, and modular fabrication. We also provide complementary products such as aluminum profiles, windows, pedestrian bridges, scaffolding, and furnishings.

In the U.S., AluHouse USA LLC is a licensed Commercial Modular Manufacturer with the State of California HCD. In addition, AluHouse also holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, QSPSC, MiC-MAS, PCCS-AW, and 5S certifications.
