What is the MAP?

The Modular Building Institute’s (MBI) Board of Directors announced the launch of a multiyear, multimillion-dollar campaign to spur investment and promote greater adoption of modular construction. The Modular Advocacy Program (“MAP”) will drive industry growth in the following key areas:

1. Influencing government legislation, regulations, procurement, programs, and codes.
2. Creating new business opportunities for the industry.
3. Expanding outreach efforts to developers, architects, and code officials.
4. Promoting and advancing careers in modular construction.
