Construction Project Manager

The role involves overseeing modular construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable, and efficient buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

• Project Planning and Coordination: Developing project plans, budgets, and timelines, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Site and Quality Management: Overseeing on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and high-quality standards.

• Budget and Risk Management: Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying and mitigating potential project risks.

• Client Communication and Team Leadership: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, and leading and motivating the project team.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically with a focus on modular construction.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, safety regulations, and proficiency in project management software.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• A PMP certification or equivalent is considered a plus.
