If so, Pacific Mobile is seeking a Rental Projects Coordinator to join our dynamic Rental Projects Team at our San Marcos branch!
As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in managing rental projects across Texas. From coordinating building deliveries to overseeing compliance documentation, your contributions will ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm

Pay range: $24.14 to $27.23 an hour DOE
What You’ll Do.
In Your First Few Months, You Will:
- Receive comprehensive training in Rental Projects Coordinator procedures and leasing operations.
- Collaborate with Sales Associates and Superintendents to execute construction rental projects.
- Learn the ins and outs of assembling and installing commercial modular structures.
- Develop strong working relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and customers.
- Assist with invoicing, collections, and repossession procedures.
- Manage daily rental project scheduling, ensuring timely deliveries, pickups, and unit moves.
- Maintain accurate records in our company database for subcontractors and customers.
- Answer and direct calls via a multi-line phone system, providing excellent service.

What You Need to Succeed.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Project).
- Experience managing project change orders, vendor negotiations, and subcontractor coordination.
- Strong understanding of prevailing wage requirements, Davis-Bacon Act, and union labor rates.
- Ability to interpret cost codes, budget estimates, and detailed scopes of work.
- Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations related to transportation and logistics.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience coordinating construction projects.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support in a sales or project management setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly define project requirements.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate and problem-solve with team members, contractors, and vendors.
