We’ve completed ground-up Volumetric Modular projects as both the Architect and General Contractor setting us apart with deep experience from inital conception thru procurement to Turnover.
We have also designed and/or built projects utilizing other Pre-Fabricated Offsite Delivery methods such as Insulated Concrete Form ICF, Structural Insulated Panels SIPs and Componentized systems built technologies. Our experience includes Hybrid projects combining either traditional or alternative Offsite PreFab means with Volumetric Modular.
Projects we've completed utilizing PreFab and Offsite methods include both Residential and Commercial Programs and range from Single Family to Multi-story Multi-family, Mixed-use, Affordable housing, Restaurants, Office, Industrial, Educational and more.
We also advocate for incorporating Sustainable design principles into projects when the opportunity presents itself and actively research products and materials that may be beneficial to a project.
Our specialized knowledge of both the Design and Build side supports all Stakeholders and helps guide the project towards successful completion right from the start. From initial feasibility studies, planning, design, construction estimation, B.O.M. development, Budget/schedule analysis and construction documentation to construction administration and site visitation.
