I serve as Executive Vice President of Construction Lending, focused on residential construction financing and consumer one-time-close products. My work supports borrowers, builders, and lending partners through construction-to-permanent financing that helps homeowners move from plans and budget to a completed home with one closing and a clearer path to permanent financing.

We focus on helping lending programs recognize modular-specific needs while still maintaining strong consumer lending standards, credit discipline, borrower experience, and completion risk oversight.

Construction lending is not just about approving a loan. It is about understanding how the home will actually get built, when funds are needed, who is responsible for each step, and how to keep the borrower, builder, and project moving in the right direction. Our goal is to help make residential construction financing more practical, predictable, and scalable for modular builders and the homeowners they serve.
