(Fero) first launched its innovative health care infrastructure response to the critical needs of hospitals during the COVID 19 crisis by bringing a highly sophisticated Mobile Medical Module to market in 2020. The deployment of these modules to serve as a temporary support facility for treatment rooms, nursing stations and ICUs demonstrated that modularization is a fast and efficient solution to any crisis, anywhere. And while Modular Health Care might be at our core, we’ve recognized the need for so much more! Building faster and more efficiently across all market sectors. The high demand for modular construction as a reliable solution to critical building and infrastructure needs in Canada and globally, has inspired Fero to move the industry needle, sparking market transformation with innovative modular building design, quality and service. In September 2023, Fero began assembling a loftier, highly experienced modular building team, expanding into a 300,000 sq ft state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Stoney Creek, Ontario where the new team can design and manufacture modular buildings for more diverse markets including the Educational, Institutional, Commercial, Industrial and Residential sectors. Fero’s newly expanded team can truly help volumetric modular construction into the mainstream of building construction and technology.
