Leaders change the world! It’s pretty simple for us. We passionately and wholeheartedly believe this to be true. I began a non-profit organization from scratch when I was twenty-eight and over the course of twenty-two years, with a lot of beautiful people, we grew it into a profound, life changing organization. Over the span of those two decades, along with incredible work in our own communities, we drilled wells in Kenya, built orphanages in Uganda and India, followed hurricanes Katrina and Ike and so much more. All around the world I was privileged to witness, first-hand, the power of great leadership.
