ModCM is a modular construction management firm that offers industry leading owner’s representative / construction management services to developers, contractors and modular factories. Our passion at ModCM is to develop strong, experienced teams who work together to build great buildings that add value to the community around them. Additionally, we strive to develop next-gen modular construction professionals through university and mentorship programs. The fundamental basis for ModCM is to mitigate risk on offsite construction projects, which ultimately leads to greater project profitability for the project team.
