Architectural Excellence : The development of a brand new headquarter always brings to a company an opportunity to express themselves, their core values and strengths. Transportes Crexell SA (an Oil & Gas logistic company) along with RUCA PANEL developed this facility that transmits a modern style/aesthetics as well as a flexible, sustainable working environment, warm and comfortable for all their employees. This facility is located in Añelo, Neuquén, the heart of shale Oil & Gas developments in Argentina. We developed a total 3124 SQF in two floors. The façade of this building consist in colored composite aluminum panels, in white, grey and blue, aligned with the corporate identity guidelines from the client mixed with warm and natural materials such as wooden internal flooring and stairways.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The construction schedule in this case was reduced as much as 80% against other alternative building systems, and thus we did save significant costs in labor, mobilization and demobilization. By using eco-friendly materials and design in this project, we maximize day light entrance to minimize electrical lighting consumption.

Technical Innovation : The building was done with 3 modules of 46 ft. long, 12,2 ft. width and 9, 9 ft. high. The façade was done according with the path of the sun and persistent strong winds in the area. We have used double-glazing for windows and LED devices for lighting.
