Architectural Excellence : This modular elementary school provides a learning center for children Pre-Kindergarten thru 5th grade. All facility spaces are interconnected using the main corridor. This adaptive space provides the children a place to learn, create and be active.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : Due to a late condemning of the existing Anawalt Elementary school, the McDowell County school board needed a facility before the start of the 2012 school year. This modular solution provided McDowell County with a quick and cost effective building solution, to kick off the new school year.

Technical Innovation : This building was constructed in maximum lengths of 38’ modular sections to allow for site access due to Anawalt, WV topography.
