Architectural Excellence : With a tight schedule and budget, we work with our client and this architect to deliver a functional building between a marketplace and dressing room, creating a space of encounter, conversation and camaraderie after playing football with friends. With a total of 1,720 sq ft. and an average modular unit of 287 sq ft, modular architecture was selected for this Project because of the durability of the materials, quick delivery and functionality of the spaces. An atrium was constructed onsite just for design and better display of the modular building.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Renting football fields in Chile is a popular business and Asturias was the first client to trust in our solution because of the 5 months construction time difference with traditional construction. This difference gave our client the opportunity to receive clients earlier and have faster income.

Technical Innovation : Asturias Football Field chose modular construction because they wanted a clean construction that would has the minimum impact on their main business and clients, renting football fields by the hour. We manufactured the modular building in 2 months in our Factory and only took 1 month to finished all the details onsite.
