Architectural Excellence : This building has 13 exam rooms, four physicians offices, one business office, one waiting room, one breakroom, one records room, two nurses stations, three restrooms and three storage closets. The interior of this building has VCG throughout and ceramic tile for the flooring. The exterior is a Hardie Panel siding that was held up 2’ from the bottom of the building. The bottom part of the building was finished out in brick. This 60x60, (five-unit complex) modular building sits in front of the Atoka County Hospitial and is used for an overflow for the hospital, to give patients faster service and more time for care while also providing the doctors with additional work space.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : A couple cost effective measures that we took on this project included utilizing R-13 insulation in the walls and R-30 insulation in the roof. We also elected to use a fire rated sub ceiling in the corridor, the business office and the waiting room. Lastly, an insulated plenum wall with fully ducted supply and return air was also utilized.

Technical Innovation : Atoka County serves the medical needs for a large portion of the population in the area. They have outgrown their hospital and needed something to use as an overflow for patients who needed less of an emergency type care. The design was done by Pac-Van and the customer over a six-month period.
