Architectural Excellence : This high end/upscale real estate developer needed a fast shell structure to fulfill a need for temporary sales office. They were able to use their forces for interior finishes to demonstrate the quality of their work. Also, due to the location they wanted a sales office with the appearance of waterside cottages. A 6/12 pitch roof was added along with lap siding. While serving as a sales office, their customer could get the feel of their future home and the atmosphere of lakeside living.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : A permanent structure would not have been cost effective. The customer's development is large and the sales office will need to be moved to continue as a marketing tool. Although this unit did not have a long history, it needed to be extensively re-modeled. Only modular provided a cost effective method to provide the required flexibility of the whole project.
