Architectural Excellence : The building is a 5-unit complex used for a retail sales office of high-end luxury condominiums. The modular building has a modern high end exterior appearance which is complementary to the high-rise luxury condominiums being sold through this sales office. The modular building matches the changing architecture in the community, which is aesthetically pleasing to upscale clientele. The interior of the modular complex displays samples of the upscale finishing that is being offered in the condominiums for potential clients. The modular complex had to fit on a small parking lot with very limited space in an extremely high traffic area in one of the most recognizable intersections in downtown Nashville, TN - at the split of West End Avenue and Broadway Street.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : The cost effectiveness of this project is that allows our customer to use a modular building for a model home, thus not tying up the capital of using one of their million- dollar condos as the model. Enabling our client to presale the luxury condos also helps our client get their project completed much quicker, increasing cash flow, and saving time.
Green Building Description : The modular complex meets all of the current Tennessee energy codes. The plans are that the building will be reused by the client on their next project.
