Architectural Excellence : This Golf Course facility combines two complementing structures, a clubhouse including a pro shop and a cart storage/maintenance facility. The 2520 square feet clubhouse also houses a full service snack bar with a walk-up window on the outside leading to a covered dining patio. The cart storage building includes 10 individual member cart garages with roll up doors in addition to the 3200 square feet covered parking for fleet cars. Both buildings feature an appealing lap siding exterior with mansard and site installed awnings.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The customer chose modular construction due to the desire to minimize interruptions to business and to reduce construction timelines. Both buildings feature high-energy efficient mechanical units for heating and cooling.
