Architectural Excellence : A sales office for a resort must communicate luxury, comfort, quality, convenience, and exclusivity to potential buyers. And as surprising as it may be to some, a modular building can accomplish all of this and more, as it did for the Cibola Vista Resorts in Peoria, Arizona. Both the sales office and recreation center that Resun and ModTech built for Cibola have stucco exteriors which blend in with the exteriors of the existing time share units. The flagstone walls, iron railing and cobblestone walkways speak to the unique features of Arizona that are such a draw to those wishing to buy a vacation home there. Attention to detail made this modular complex a perfect addition to the neighborhood and the perfect tool to help owners of the Princeton Resort Groups sell the time shares.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : Princeton Resort Groups was attempting to sell time shares for homes in Peoria, Arizona from a facility located in Phoenix. Clearly, this set up was not conducive to generating sales and the decision was made to open a facility in Peoria - and open it fast. In just over 60 days, nearly 11,000 sqaure feet of office and recreation space was erected. To Princeton's delight, potential buyers could see their time share units first hand, talk to other time share owners and ultimately buy a time share of their own.

Technical Innovation : The obvious box shape is the only clue one would have that this complex was manufactured in a factory. The architectural elements on the outside of the building - stucco exterior, native flagstone walls, iron railing and cobblestone walkways, all lend themselves to the aesthetics usually only found in permanent, site built structures.
