Architectural Excellence : With rapid oil and gas development taking place in North Dakota, there has been a surge of building demands in the City of Williston. A 2,160 sq. ft. temporary office building was supplied to quickly and comfortably accommodate employees of the City of Williston’s Building and Engineering Department until a permanent facility can be built. The building was designed for the client to provide private offices, public reception areas, storage areas, meeting rooms, two ADA compliant restrooms and a coffee bar for staff and visitors.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : Modular construction allowed the City of Williston to affordably address the immediate needs for its expanding staff with minimal interruptions to its daily operations. The project was completed in under one month, providing much needed office and storage space. The buildings were designed with relocation and reusability in mind, should the buildings need to be used by other city departments.
