Architectural Excellence : This building was designed as a local branch bank. The stem wall foundation allowed a permanent grade level installation for ease of entry. The color matched canopies and shutters enhance the appearance of the building. The shingled gable roof and dormers add to the architectural interest. The large tinted and tempered glass windows provide day lighting and a spacious feel throughout the building. The attractive bank exterior uses Hardipanel siding with stucco finish to provide both a high endurance and low maintenance finish. The interior enhances the warm homey atmosphere by use of neutral earth tones. Large interior windows add to the spacious interior character.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : Wood floors and composite shingles were used to reduce costs. Specialists were contracted to install data and security systems on site for faster implementation
