Technical Innovation : Our units are designed to allow for floor plan changes during the life of a rental unit by using columns placed in strategic locations, pre-deck ceilings, bare wood floors, upgraded windows, and Ohio Code Certifications for office usage. The HVAC system allows us to add and remove rooms by just adding supply vents or removing them.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : By designing a rental fleet to allow for alterations we can continually offer our customers less expensive existing equipment while providing the flexibility the job demands.

Architectural Excellence : Development company was in the process of re-developing an old Cleveland, Ohio industrial complex into luxury condominiums. The high profile project needed a cost effective sales center for 3 to 5 years. A look of permanency was required for the temporary sales center. The structure needed to portray the craftsmanship and quality of the project. The customer needed to change the existing floor plan to meet the sales need of the development. He also wanted to use his own forces for interior finish work to demonstrate to customers their capability. Sommer's Mobile Leasing, Inc. provided the rough walls and finish and allowed the customer to finish the interior. The exterior was upgraded with new T1-11, cedar trim, mansard, commercial glass doors, and new paint to provide a fresh new appearance.
