Architectural Excellence : It is a training camp for the special operations forces of the National Police of Peru. It consists of the design and execution of 26 modules with different uses such as: Offices, bedrooms, dining room, gym, laundry, warehouse, armory and ammunition. The design of the camp is benefited by an optimal orientation and location, composed of volumes that are implanted around a central courtyard, the courtyard emerges as a central element thought of the need to generate a user-nature connection.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : The main point is the cost and time savings of modular construction compared to traditional construction, costs in materials, material transfer and working hours. Cotabambas is a town with limited access, so having worked with much lighter materials than those used in traditional construction had a high impact on project costs.

Technical Innovation : In the geographical area where the camp is located, the Sierra del Perú, one of its most important constructive elements is its traditional Andean tile, which is why we chose to implement our Termoteja in the project, a thermal insulation panel with necessary skills in front of to the climatic conditions that the area presents, with an aesthetically similar appearance so as not to break with its typology. Also, to ensure the structural strength of the modules, we rely on a collaborating plate. The location of the modules adapts to the terrain conditions. The openings are implemented by studying all environmental considerations to control radiation and lighting in the interior spaces in order to provide comfort and comfort to its occupants.
