Architectural Excellence : Modular construction is often the building solution of choice for burgeoning retail companies. Having the option to lease and be up and running, earning revenues, faster is a very attractive option for up and comers. Such was the case for First Freedom Bank who partnered with Resun to get their bank up and running quickly in an effort to maximize profit potential. The result was nearly 3000 square feet of modular bank space complete with private offices, a drive-up window and ATM. This newly formed bank was well on their to success.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : In only three months, First Freedom had their bank and were earning revenues. A feat that could not have been accomplished had traditional construction methods been used. The building was set at grade rather then 2-3 feet off the ground, which not only made installation quicker and easier, it also adds to the buildings appearance of being a permanent structure.
