Architectural Excellence : One of a kind temporary luxury golf suite. Building set on varied seismic piers lengthes for interior and roof mount stadium seating. Interior finish is floor to ceiling oak covered walls with extensive trim finishes. Building color of white with green trim accentuates location on golf course. Hvac systems are removable relocatable ground mount units located under building to isolate sound from golfers putting on 18th green. Custom oak cabinets with granite are in all rooms and the floor is composed of a mix of granite tile and high end carpet. 5 flat screen tvs from 30-60 inches deliver course action throughout the day to the 18th hole.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : Building was originally going to be designed as moment frame type but narrow access requirement shear wall perimeter frame chassis with axles mounted to move through course.Building is title 24 compliant with Low-e window throughout. Material waste was minimal on this project because of SCIs recycling program which encompasses, wood, steel, paint and cardboard.

Technical Innovation : Front modules have different finished roof height to help accomodate stadium seating. Windows are 9/16 tempered glass to help prevent golf balls from penetrating windows. 125 pound roof load to accomodate 40+ people for viewing the match is also standard. Building has recessed screws with wood covers for easy removal of trim that crosses modlines during tear down.
