Architectural Excellence : The building's current layout is for use as a sales center during the development of large housing at the Wood Creek Resident Community in Holly Springs, North Carolina. In addition, the sales center layout includes a lot of open space for future community use. Once the housing community is completed it will be able to utilized as the residents' club house. The interior and exterior enhancements were completed on site by the contractors that build the homes ranging from $425,000 to $500,000. The building's exterior consists of Hardi Plank and brick. Interior is comprised of dry wall and harwood floors. Futhermore, this sales center can be relocated at any time.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : Pad mount A/C units were shipped from Diamond Builders and installed on site. Williams Scotsman partnered with the home builder and subcontractors to complete the exterior and interior on site. By using a modular building the customer was able to order and complete the turnkey sales center within 60 days.

Technical Innovation : Once the initial installation of modules, HVAC and porches was inplace, the same contractors that built the community homes worked on the interior and exterior enhancements such as Hardi Plank and Brick building and hardwood floors. Similar materials were used to design the modular sales center as the homes in the community.
