The building consists in 7 modular units in two floors. The first floor is an open office for the sales force, and in the second floor, the apartment.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : When Fundamenta Real State ends selling the apartments, they will relocate the modular building to another construction project, given them a 60% save in the next sale center.
