Architectural Excellence : During the design stage of this project, the customer was very adamant that the building not resemble anything close to the standard modular building or "trailer" look. The design team at Satellite and Mark Line Industries paid special attention to designing the building with off-sets on the stariwell modules as well as the main entrance modules to achieve the desired asthetics and give the building a more conventional building appearance. To help acheive the customer's expectations, the building was delivered to the site and crane set with thermoply sheating on the exterior. Once the second floors were crane set and installed , the exterior siding was site installed using split face block from the base of the building up to 8 feet and then the remainder of the building exterior was installed on site utilizing 29 gauge hi-rib steel. To compliment the exterior look, the interior wall were delivered with raw gypsum and the walls were then finished and painted after the building was set.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : For long term cost effectiveness, Satellite's design team were able to illustrate to the customer the benefits of using Trifab VG(Versa Glaze)exterior windows, a commercial type window manufactured by Kawneer. These windows consist of a thermal framing system which maximizes typical performance test standards i.e. air performance, structural, acoustical, etc., adds to the permanent look and exceeded the customer's expectations.

Technical Innovation : Due to the multi story nature of the building, Satellite and Mark Line designed the HVAC sytem utilizing a split-level system, and zoned to six thremostats to provide adequate supply and return air through out the building. The various air handlers were strategically placed through-out the building and located above the acoustical(site installed)drop ceiling which provides both a stealth location and easy acess for service and air-filter maintenance. Most of the step tread in both stair wells was factory installed with the remaining steps installed on site connecting the first and second floors.
