Architectural Excellence : Corporate office building and Plant for Atco Sabinco located at El Alfalfal is strategically located within the land that considers different buildings of the company, calling the flow from the main pedestrian access, driving it inside the building and connecting it with the service areas and production plant. The office building forms as an articulator of the different parts that make up the complete function of the company. Inside the building is configured in 3 parts; a modular upper block, a modular lower block and a non-modular central aisle that provides space, distributes and connects the open work areas by area with the meeting, management and cafeteria areas.
The internal distribution considers 3 large areas of common work, each with a private office and a meeting room, the articulating central corridor that connects with the management offices, two conference rooms, the cafeteria that is a meeting area, break area or dynamic work area.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : The development of this project was carried out with companies collaborating specialists in each subject, alternated with traditional materials and some special products that provide great aesthetic value and environmental comfort for users at low cost.
The main material used in terms of structure is metal studs and steel, which represents about 5% less in cost than other materials.
On the other hand, the whole building represents 80% of modular construction, whose modules came completed from the production plant in Santiago, this represents a decrease in the cost of land of a traditional work.

Green Building Description : The building location takes into consideration its sun orientation for max use of natural lights during the morning, generating large lines of windows made with double glazed glass, closes the facades to which gives a direct sun during midday and afternoon and generates a patio interior that together with the separation of the central corridor allows to separate the work areas from the direct north light. In turn, the predominant wind is used to ventilate through the central aisle and articulator that has a higher height to the rest of the building serving as temperature control.
