Architectural Excellence : Pacific Marine Credit Union is a custom modular building that offers a full new open concept layout with teller line modules, three financial service office areas, two ATMs, iPad kiosks for loan application, and entertainment/waiting area. This building was attached to an existing retail strip center to match the existing facades and MBC utilized the existing Portico. Located on Camp Pendleton it’s custom interior design is state of the art and features reclaimed barn wood walls, custom made cabinets and counters and full state of the art technology.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The credit union partnered with Modular Building Concepts, Inc. to design a modular building that would comply with construction standards, military base standards and match the existing façade of the retail strip center. Great partnership was needed between MBC, the credit union project manager, and the ruling military personnel to comply with the aesthetics and construction regulations and to meet the timeline of the credit union to meet their grand opening date.
