Technical Innovation : Combined use of factory built modular sections with a site built pitched roof give this building a permenent look in keeping with the exisitng school building and surrounding neighborhood. Roof mounted, gas fired HVAC on a pitched on a 5:12 pitched roof required unique curbs as a base for the HVAC units. This allowed us to get the HVAC up and out of the way, enhancing the appearance of the building. Full perimeter foundation with "true modular" frame allowed the building to sit low to the ground. This provided easy access from the existing building and an enhanced appearance.
