Architectural Excellence : This two-storey office complex is made up of ten modules in total, five on the first floor and five on the second floor. The construction project at the port required a large open space to facilitate a lunchroom area, complete with counter space for appliances and vending machines for employees. In addition to the lunchroom, the main floor has a large employee change room in the first module. The second floor of the building contains all the offices for management and administration on site, as well as a large boardroom overlooking the port expansion project.

Technical Innovation : Using off-site construction, we were able to supply a building solution for the customer that allowed them to focus on the construction project on site. The installation was quick and efficient, allowing the customer to continue their main site works while we set up the building. The innovative inter-changeable design of our office complexes allowed Britco to provide the quick solution the customer required. Our inter-changeable office complex designs also means we can quickly adapt inventory to suit the specific needs of the customer every time. This shortened the lead time and cut down the costs while still meeting all requirements.
