Architectural Excellence : The building is located in the Northern part of Santiago. This modular building is organized in two sectors. On one side there is a General Manager Office and on the other side Departments of Engineering, Operations and Commercial areas. Both sectors have a central space and entrance hall, which articulate both sectors.
These facilities were built under the modular system in 1995. They are composed of 9 modules of wood (374 m²).
Due to the use of these facilities, the remodeling of the handles, requested a more modern existing design.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : In this building the consideration of a modular structure generates greater versatility when wanting to change any of its coatings. This enables to optimize and reduce the time of work execution, generating a new image and reducing its construction costs.

Green Building Description : The whole building considered wooden modules. All panels that structure roofs, external walls, partitions and floors consider a configuration that meets national fire regulations. The panels are basically configured based on volcanita, Chilean lumber, plywood boards and glass wool.
