Architectural Excellence : The sloping site for this project presented interesting and challenging opportunities. With multiple billeting units spread across the sloping terrain, circulation became a real focus. The slope added interest to the landscape and Icon successfully incorporated walks, retaining walls, steps and bridges to bring it all together. Decorative skirting assisting in blending the buildings into the site.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Icon Construction’s modular buildings meet or exceed all current energy codes. Sustainability begins with Icon’s centrally located U.S. manufacturing plant. The 65,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility utilizes an abundance of natural lighting and other energy saving technologies. Materials utilized in Icon modular buildings include recycled steel, recycled carpet, recycled lumber, LED lighting and double-paned low-E windows as well as various other products. In addition, unused materials are recycled. Icon Construction’s modular manufacturing process allows us to provide a cost-effective modular building solution by managing time spent on construction and by controlling other factors like labor and material costs.
