Architectural Excellence : The city of San Marcos Building Inspection Building was installed over a 4 month span. Due to city requirements the new facility had to blend in with the surrounding buildings, sit at street level, and be installed within 120 days.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : The modular building was designed so that the mateline ran down interior walls and not down any hallways.
The entire interior of the building was finished at the factory in order to reduce time and money for the customer.

Technical Innovation : The factory built the building with a smooth hardipanel finish and we applied a Carrara finish on site. The completed finish was a stucco texture that provided the exterior color of the building
The city dug out the building envelope about 30" so a concrete wall could be installed around the perimeter. We installed poured piers to grade and then installed the building on top of the concrete wall. Next, two porches were built to provide access to the modular building without having to deal with weather elements. We also installed a 30 gauge galvanized bottom in order to prevent moisture and used treated wood as the joists.
In order to provide comfort for the employees and the public we installed a fully ducted supply and return HVAC system.
