Architectural Excellence : There are 120 total dwellings in these buildings. Dwellings are comprised of three different unit types along with six completed ADA units. Design in these five buildings vary between two- and three-bedroom studio units. These units are all 72' in length which maximizes the length capacity inside the factory. This building is primarily being used for multi family workforce housing for the resorts for the Vail, Aspen.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Due to the location of this property, the decision to build with a modular factory verses using the typical site subcontractors worked very well. With the scheduling the delivery of the units along with the subcontractors that were needed made for a complete process that went smoothly. Quicker completion quicker occupancy.
