Architectural Excellence : The Sales Gallery for The Grand at Diamond Beach called for a unique selling environment that reflected the quality and luxury synonymous with The Grand Resort and Spa.
The three-piece 1,974 square foot modular building features a site constructed roof finished with Una-Clad® Standing Seam Metal. Additional exterior features include a 6’ wrap around porch with Trex® Decking and Dry-vit® Outsulation® exterior finish.
Walk through the Mahogany Doors into an inviting reception area complete with hardwood flooring and a fully functioning waterfall. Just past the waterfall is the elegant display area featuring the scaled model of The Grand. And just a few steps away is the Color Selection Area complete with Sample Kitchen and Master Bath.
Additional interior finishes include; Shaw® Carpeting, Porcelain and Granite Flooring; Decorative Columns, Crown Molding, Chair Rail and Base Molding; Benjamin Moore® Paint and Seabrook® Wallcovering throughout.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : Aside from its stunning appearance, the exterior finishes of the Sales Gallery incorporated some of the most efficient and economical products available today. Careful consideration went into the selection of environmentally friendly products like Trex® Decking and Endurance® Railings which are made using recycled materials. And the Una-Clad® Standing Seam Metal roof also contains significant recycled content and is also EnergyStar qualified. This along with the energy efficient Dry-vit® Outsulation® exterior finish helps reduce overall heating and cooling costs.
Kleer™ Trimboards, a PVC based exterior trim, were selected for the finishing touches of the exterior further reducing long term maintenance costs. Because Kleer™ is not affected by moisture; it will not deteriorate like wood.
