Architectural Excellence : Each 24x36 building (total of 4) contains two separate classrooms for students in grades 1-8. Exterior is aluminum siding and interior is VCG. The four buildings are layed out in a campus environment providing eight separate classrooms to handle the immediate growth needs of this private church sponsored school. Buildings are located adjacent to the main school building for easy access and communication.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : Basic poratble, reuseable classroom specifications were used to provide the most cost effective solution for this schools immediate growth needs. It is anticipated that this complex will duplicated within two years to facilitate the planned growth. The decking and alarm systems were supplied by others to conform to local and state codes. The resulting savings achieved by Acton, with the manufacturer, the transporters, the installation crew and sub-contractors resulted in a cost effective and satisfactory solution for the customer. The initial term of this temporary facility is five years.

Technical Innovation : Standard factory construction with upgraded and improved specifications for lighting and HVAC, in strict accordance with Maryland industrial and educational codes was used for these temporary classrooms. Special consideration was made for door placement, electrical feeds, plumbing and alarm systems to facilitate these buildings being placed in a campus setting, convenient for student and teacher use.
