Architectural Excellence : This 36’x56’ custom sales office was designed with a high-end housing development in mind. The main area features a 24’x56’ space with four rooms and was delivered with an open middle area. The 12’x20’ module was centered and attached at the back of the building, creating depth to the office and adding a display area that highlights the development’s features and amenities. The exterior came standard with a hardi-lap siding. The interior was customized on site with energy efficient vinyl windows, dark wood French entry doors with custom designed glass panes, hardwood floors, smooth ceiling, recessed lighting, custom stone work half wall with dark wood pillars, custom paint job, A-frame roof, and a front porch that ran the length of the building with an attached gazebo. Truly a masterpiece!

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The interior of the sales office was customized on site to the design that the customer chose to implement. The customer had their own materials being used for the homes in the development. Because the shell was constructed in a temperature controlled environment during the winter, and the builder was able to use his building materials in the modular when it was delivered, it maximized the time and economical efficiency of the project.

Technical Innovation : The walls were enforced at the factory to hold the weight of the A-Frame roof which was constructed on site by Shea Homes. The windows and French doors were left open, the interior finishes were completely raw, and the electric and plumbing was left bare. This allowed the builder the opportunity to showcase custom options available by installing all of the materials and finishes that would also be used in the new homes.
